About Us
PlumBerry Art Club (PAC) is an international online private art club established in July 2020. Our primary hub is Discord, where our members engage in art prompts, art challenges, meetings, and casual hangouts. Beyond the creative trials, our community is a haven for forging artist bonds and fostering friendships.Before August 2023, our staff used to organize monthly art prompts, challenges, and meetings. Since then, we have given our club a new twist! Now, it is all about our members taking the lead. As a member, you are welcome to initiate and host your own activities and projects within the club, with our staff here to guide and assist you along the journey!For more details about the art club, do refer to our FAQ section below.

Q: How old should I be to join PAC?
A: You must be at least 13 years old to join the club.Q: Can I still join PAC if I have no experience in drawing?
A: Yes, of course you can! You are welcome to join us as long as you are willing to draw.Q: How can I join the PAC?
A: You can click on the member registration button on PlumBerry Art Club's carrd and register as a member for free!Q: How do I join the PAC's activities?
A: Our main platform of communication is on our art club's Discord server, so before registering, make sure you have a discord account. All of our announcements, schedules, activities and submissions for prompts are on our Discord server!Q: How do I join the PAC's Discord Server?
A: Once you complete your registration and are accepted into the art club, you will receive a welcome email containing your individual invite link to the Discord Server.Q: What will I do if I join the art club?
A: You can participate in our club activities, including art prompts, art challenges, meetings and hangouts! And as long as you participated in at least two art prompts/challenges as a member of the art club, you can choose to initiate your own club activity/project with our staff's support.Q: As a member of the art club, what do I need to do to initiate my own club activity or project?
A: As long as you can complete the requirements given in THIS section, you can submit a proposal for the activity or project in the club's discord server.
Info on Activities & Projects
for members who wish to lead their own activities and projects within the club
Activities = art prompts, art challenges, art studies, meetings, hangouts, seminars, discussion groups.
Projects = original character-related or club-related content, such as lore, comics, animation, etc.Requirements to lead club activity or project in PAC:
- be a member of PlumBerry Art Club
- participate or contribute in at least TWO club activities or projects.
- be responsible for compiling and editing artworks into a singular file that will be posted on PlumBerry Art Club's Instagram or carrd (banner, collection of posts, reel, comic, etc.)Your proposal may include: (add according to type of activity/project)
- complete information about the activity/project (what is it about and how it works)
- rules & requirements for members to join activity/project
- person/people in charge (up to 3 is recommended)
- number of members you want involved (minimum & maximum)
- deadline for artwork completion
- deadline for editing completion to post on Instagram or carrd
- a sketch/draft to give an idea about how the activity/project will be edited
- date & time of live activity
- for live activity, which platform? discord/gather town/zoom/etc?Submit your proposal to #project-proposal channel on the club's discord server! MH and Lunar will be in charge with reviewing the proposal and will be in contact with you through discord for further inquiries and confirmation.
